On May 05, 2001, I had the pleasure of seeing Little Johnny Rivero in Brooklyn, New York, where he is trying to rebuild his life. Johnny has been promising to do the Pushup Show for a number of years. I was happy to finally have the chance to witness and record it. In addition, Johnny performed a solo on the congas, demonstrating the fact that he is one of the greatest congueros of all time.
