Singer, Frankie Morales,
and his band recently performed the music
of Tito
Puente at Birdland, one of New York's
most famous jazz clubs. Morales, who sang
with Puente for many years, was joined onstage
by Sonny Bravo and Ray Vega, who also performed
with the legendary entertainer. The band
included Frankie on vocals, Eddie
Montalvo on congas,
Jimmy
Delgado on timbales
and vocals, Sergio "Chino" Ramos on
timbales,
Vinnie Montalvo, Sonny Bravo on piano, and
Ray Vega on trumpet.
