Gerardo Rosales, percussionist/bandleader originally from Venezuela, now living in Amsterdam, headlined a show at New York City's SOB recently with a band assembled by Ralph Irizarry. Gerardo was showcasing his new cd "La Salsa Es Mi Vida" which is on the Challenge Label.

Performing with Gerardo were the likes of Ralph Irizarry on LP® Tito Puente Timbales, vocalists, Frankie Vazques and Ray Viera, percussionist, Roberto Quintero LP® Congas; keyboard player, Luis Perdomo & bassist, Ruben Rodriguez.
