On April 6, 2004, I assembled a group of Bay Area musicians outside of
La Peña, in Berkley, CA.
La Peña is a performing arts center and restaurant that explores multicultural social issues.
Karl Perazzo
and Arturo Riera worked very hard to make this event a success. The San Francisco area has always kept
Afro-Caribbean culture alive and this gathering clearly demonstrates this.
